Througout my 20 years as a practicing gynecologist, countless patients have come to me about their sexual dissatisfaction, especially after childbirth due to anatomical changes. Improving their self-confidence and sexual fulfillment became a priority to me and after much research I found the solutions to my patients' concerns. After searching for what is the best I could do for these women I came across Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation and G-spot enhancement. After researching these procedures and gaining much knowledge about it, I called and spoke with several physicians nationwide and with patients. Since the responses were very encouraging and patient satisfaction confirmed, I pursued specialized training at the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America in Beverly Hills, California. Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation® (LVR ®) is an hour and a half outpatient surgical procedure designed to enhance a woman’s sexual experience. Our procedure utilizes meticulous laser surgery to ensure the best cosmetic result with minimal bleeding. This pioneering technique, a modification of one used for urinary incontinence, results in rapid healing and nominal recovery time.

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation® (LVR ®) effectively enhances vaginal muscle tone, strength, and control. It will also decrease the internal and external vaginal diameters as well as build up and strengthen the perineal body. In vaginal relaxation, a woman’s muscles are relaxed and have poor tone, strength, and control. The muscles of the perineum are weak and poorly supported. Under these circumstances, the vagina is no longer at its optimum physiological state. As a result, the sensual side of sexual gratification is diminished.

LVR was designed to enhance sexual gratification for women, who for whatever reason lack an overall optimum architectural integrity of the vagina. According to Masters and Johnson, sexual gratification is directly related to the amount of frictional forces generated during intercourse. Although our experience and techniques provide us the ability to design most anything that one can desire, our most common DLV procedures are as follows:

Laser Reduction Labioplasty: can sculpture the elongated or unequal labial minora (small inner lips) according to ones specification. Most women tell us that they do not want the small inner lips to project beyond the large outer lips. With laser reduction labioplasty, we can accomplish the desires of the woman. Our labioplasty techniques can also reconstruct conditions that are due to the aging process, childbirth trauma, or injury.

Laser Perineoplasty: can rejuvenate the relaxed or aging perineum. It can also enhance the sagging labia majora (large outer lips) and labia minora. Overall, the procedure can provide a youthful and aesthetically appealing vulva.

Augmentation Labioplasty: can provide aesthetically enhanced and youthful labia majora by autologous fat transplant (removal of the patients fat via liposculpturing and transplanting it into the labia majora).

Vulvar Lipoplasty: can remove unwanted fat of the mons pubis and upper parts of the labia majora. Liposculpturing can alleviate the unsightly fatty bulges of this area and produce an aesthetically pleasing contour.

G-Spot Enhancement or Amplification

G-Spot Amplification, invented and developed by the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute, is a patent pending method of amplifying or augmenting a woman’s Grafenberg Spot (G-Spot) with specialized collagen to enhance her sexual experience. The active ingredient is a specially developed and processed collagen which doesn’t require pre-injection skin testing like most available collagen products on the market. THE G-SHOT® will enlarge the G-Spot so it is easier to locate and help the woman gain maximum pleasure.

Recognized for its high sensitivity, the G-Spot is situated beneath the surface of woman’s vagina on the wall toward the front of her body.

While location varies, the G-spot, which is about the size of a dime, is typically located about half way between the pubic bone and the cervix, about three inches into the vagina. Researchers have found that some women experience sensitivity more generally along the upper vaginal wall, rather than in a definable spot.

The G-spot is named for Dr. Ernest Grafenberg, who first described it in a 1950 article in the International Journal of Sexology. He found a highly erogenous zone inside the vagina that gets bigger when directly stimulated and that can lead to a powerful climax.
Grafenberg's findings were that:

"...an erotic zone could always be demonstrated on the anterior wall of the vagina along the course of the urethra... [which] seems to be surrounded by erectile tissue like the corpora cavernosa [of the penis].... In the course of sexual stimulation, the female urethra begins to enlarge and can be easily felt. It swells out greatly at the end of orgasm. The most stimulating part is located at the posterior urethra, where it arises from the neck of the bladder
Because the G-spot is beneath the surface of the vaginal wall, it must be stimulated indirectly through the vaginal wall. Many women find this kind of stimulation very pleasurable. Some go on to experience orgasm, and some expel a fluid along with the orgasmic contractions."
