Appointment PolicyHours of operation: We have flexible hours Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Evening and Saturday hours are available by appointment. Appointments: We value your time and will work with you throughout your treatments. We do not double-book appointments, so you are never late. Please be on time.The initial 20-30 minutes consultation is FREE. We require a Credit Card number to hold your appointment when you call us; a $75 check can be mailed to us and it will be returned to you right after your appointment. In case you do not show or do not give us 24-hour notice of cancellation, your Credit Card will be charged $75 for the time; the same applies to your check. If you miss an appointment or do not cancel or reschedule it with at least 24-hour notice, we will charge you $75 per hour of blocked time for your treatment. For after-hours, Saturdays or Holiday appointments, the fee is $150 per hour. Dermal fillers require a $100 non-refundable deposit for the appointment. In the event that the equipment is down for weather, power outages or for any reason, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointments.
