APPOINTMENT POLICY

Your time is very valuable to you and to us. We do not double-book the appointments and we do our best to run on schedule, so you don’t have to wait when you come in to our office.

If you miss an appointment or do not cancel or reschedule it with at least 24-hour notice, we will charge you $75 per hour of blocked time for your treatment.

For after-hours, Saturdays or Holiday appointments, the fee is $150 per appointment.

The initial free consultations are given by our trained staff. To consult with the physician there is a $30 fee, which is applied towards the cost of your services.

All cosmetic treatment-appointments are pre-paid in full. Dermal fillers require a $100 non-refundable deposit for the appointment.

In the event that the equipment is down for weather, power outages or for any reason, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointments. We will work with you to reschedule the appointments at a convenient time for you, in case of an emergency on your part.
